I had an excellent 90 minute massage here. Jenny Melville is a great massage therapist. I’ve been to BHM Wellness Massage several times now and it’s always been a solid experience.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Taylor Vick. She was very attentive to my problem areas and getting the tension to release. I will book with Taylor again.

Andy was awesome. I hold stress tension in my shoulders and neck so I asked for deep tissue massage and Andy delivered. Space was clean and comfortable, will definitely be back!

I always have such a great experience with Elaina. She is attentive to my problem areas and consistently makes sure I leave feeling relaxed and tension free!

Elaina LaBoone is so kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and skilled. She is super friendly and made sure my massage experience was personalized for me. I was so relaxed and left feeling very calm, cared for, stretched, and relaxed! Highly recommend booking with them if you get the chance.

I had one massage here maybe four years ago when I came to visit a friend and needed help during my visit. The massage helped. I live in another state 12 hours away and appreciate the owner Brice removing me from marketing messages since they don’t apply to me.

Me and my husband had a couples massage with C.J. Wade and Shay Doss. When I say these ladies are a 10 out of 10!!! They both pay so close attention to key details and both are very professional the reviews will not lead you wrong they are a dynamic duo. I got my massage done with Andy and it was great! He started off with assessing the problem areas and seeing if there are any tears in my muscles. After that it was focus on that part and afterwards felt alot more loose. I would recommend him if you want it done right and have good conversation at the same time.

Sam is amazing! This was my first time getting a massage, and she was very gentle, applying just enough pressure, and constantly checking in on me. She really made me feel very relaxed and calm and I have never felt better! Really looking forward to going back for a service with Sam, and excited to try a hot stone add on to the Swedish relaxation I had done. 10/10 recommend

I have now had 4 massages with Andy. Cannot recommend him enough. As soon as I leave I receive relief from pain and tension, and I also have the best night of sleep after each session. Book now.

I had the best massage experience with Andy. He was extremely knowledgeable and gifted. He listened to my conditions and knew exactly what to do., I came because of a recent pull/sprain in my back and he spent a lot of time relieving the tension I had built up, and worked out any problem areas. I was experiencing pain before with turning my head and that pain left after his treatment. I’ll certainly be back and highly recommend his expertise.

I’m happy to find a place that caters to chronic pain relief. Kate Davis is an exceptional massage therapist. She’s very knowledgeable about the body and how it works. Came in today due to some severe tightness and fatigue causing pain. I was able to get in same day, fast, and for 90 minutes. Andy Bostany is your guy. He is very respectful, knowledgeable, and focused on areas no other massage therapist had ever pointed out as problem areas before. I highly recommend Andy. I have been going to Andy Bostany for months and he is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to (and I’ve tried many!). His deep tissue massages are incredible. He clearly pays attention to any issues you tell him about prior to starting and is very thoughtful in adjusting his massage techniques accordingly. I always leave feeling like a brand new person and have never been disappointed!

I had a 1 hour appointment with Shai, and she was amazing! She focused on my problem areas, making sure I was comfortable with pressure and positioning. She managed to work through all the tension on my back and found places I didn't realize were strained. I will definitely use Shia again!

Wonderful place to get a massage. I heard about Birmingham Wellness Massage through the Faith Igniting Young Adults (FIYA) Conference at Dayspring Church in Pelham. I highly recommend Birmingham Wellness Massage. They are highly professional and offer a variety of excellent services. They also have memberships! They had a form to assess my needs and how I was feeling including how much talking I wanted to do during my massage.
