My name is April , I had a Tummy Tuck with abd muscle repair, and lipo to my flanks . I have to brag on Taquita. So I had to hardest time finding a massage therapist that specializes or even has experience in these types of post op massages. Taquita literally worked wonders on me. When I got there I was swollen and very uncomfortable. I left and it literally was gone!! Its a day later and I still feel great! She is also very knowledgeable about garments and other things that come along with the recovery process. Taquita !!! YOU ARE AMAZING! Thank you so much🫶🏼

Being a first time patient, she made me feel comfortable and confident that she could relieve my swellingThe facilities were inviting and clean. My son is a high school football player and he needed a sports massage. My husband did a Google search and found this place. One of the massage therapists, Maya, had amazing reviews and this location is close to our son’s high school so we decided to book him an appointment for today, 5/22/2024. This location is conveniently located across from the Trace Crossings plaza. Since my son is a minor, one of us has to stay in the room with him (which I think is a great policy). Maya was professional and did a great job! With how closely this is located to the high school, this business should consider being a sponsor for our high school football team. My experience today was fantastic! Joshua West was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time receiving a cupping massage and he took ample time to explain to me the process and what to expect. My muscles feel more relaxed now than in years. Came because I got a gift card but I will definitely be back!!

I booked with Birmingham Wellness Massage after reading all of the positive reviews. I had been having shoulder pain for 2 weeks without relief. I normally always book Swedish massages because I’m a bit of a wimp. But due to the pain I booked a deep tissue massage with Ian. It was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had and I had relief within the next 1-2 days from the pain. Ian was so good about reminding me to breathe thru the “good hurt” and told me what to expect when he would hit certain pressure points. I would honestly go back to see him every time!

I booked Ian (Hoover location) for my therapy session. He was spectacular! His knowledge of what needed attention and how to use deep tissue pressure and stretching to relieve my chronic pain was impressive. Dry and wet heat was also used during the session to relax my muscles further. Ian was exceptional in his communication and in making me feel comfortable and secure on the massage table. Would highly recommend and look forward to my next session. The center itself is clean, quiet, comfortable and very professional. Easy to find, good parking.
