Omg I wish I could give six stars! This was my first time ever getting a massage and I was so so nervous. But Jenny was so reassuring to me and gave the best massage EVER. I can stress the fact I will be returning and how awesome Jenny was!

Maya is wonderful! She took the time to discuss my pain areas and needs and educated me on lymphatic drainage I can do at home. With me being a couple months postpartum she was extra careful, and I feel so rejuvenated! I highly recommend Maya if you are looking for a relaxing massage that will leave you feeling refreshed!

Second visit w Mrs. Katie. On first visit, worked mainly knee pain and low back. She fixed knee and low back pain. Tweaked back after moving boxes a few weeks later. Headed over for second visit, and my lower back feels much better.

Had a great massage with Nick. He was very professional, friendly, and helped relieve the pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend!

I visited Birmingham Wellness Massage and Kayla was the therapist. OMG her hands are awesome she hit all key point that made the message well worth the trip.

This was my first visit to the Hoover Wellness Massage. The location is in the Awtry building on Emery Dr. Their sign is hard to see, but they are on the 3rd floor of the Awtry building. Abigail did a wonderful job on my tight muscles and she listened and targeted all the areas where I needed work. Abigail is very talented and thorough and I felt great after my massage.

Selyne did a great job……she asked the right questions to make sure I was comfortable. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and the location was easy to get to.

I recently had a pain relief massage with Selyne Agape, and it was exactly what my body needed. My traps were tight with tension, and I’d been feeling stiff for days. Selyne took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention.

Her technique was firm yet relaxing, and she worked out knots I didn’t even realize I had. By the end of the session, the tension in my shoulders had melted away, and I felt lighter, looser, and completely refreshed.

My overall experience was a first time experience with Birmingham Wellness Massage ….Upon entry I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed! Greeted by Maya, who checked me in, which was very nice. Now my actual massage therapist “Selyne” gave me the best experience of all. She was very professional, soft spoken, and knowledgeable of what to do, what areas needed most attention and she made my experience a 5 star experience. Hands down this is the place to go, and a place that I will be joining a membership with. I left feeling better than I came, and highly satisfied. With that being said, you should visit this place. Thank me later lol. Or just thank them when you go!

Nick is great, absolutely magician in the massage world... when you have someone that understands the body and actually teaches you while massaging it can work wonders... definitely going back to for another session

I just had the most wonderful Swedish relaxation massage with Elizabeth. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her energy is calm and kind, and her massage was absolutely amazing! So relaxing and exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and truly cared for. Highly recommend her!

We all know massages are always good. We just hope that we find an elite therapist. I found that with Ian. You can tell when someone cares about their job. Firm when needed and was in tune when he got to problem areas. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Book Ian. You’ll be in great hands.

Listen, I’ve been to this place multiple times and always enjoyed it.. but Selyne Agape was GREAT. Don’t let her experience fool you. She did really well for a “rookie”/ “newbie”. The back massage, face massage, neck massage, and lorddddd that foot massage.. I loved every second.

I had my fourth or fifth massage with BHM wellness today and Elizabeth was amazing. She answered questions I had and worked on areas I requested. She was very sweet and talked with me when I wanted to talk during my session. I usually relax and rest but she was easy to talk with. I enjoyed my experience and will keep going back.
